This was done on the HTC Titan (Verizon xv6800). It may work for others as well, but I’m not sure.
The problem was this: I take mostly landscape photos with my phone, but the phone would always save the image as a portrait. I hate having to go in and rotate each image, so I wanted to change the default to landscape.
This is how to do it.

So its a bit of an annoyance, but Google’s Gmail is acting up and has been for the last few months. Its nothing major in my opinion, but it is annoying. When ever I click on “Always display images from …” Gmail seems to forget and next time I get a message from whoever I want on the safe list, it asks me again. Gotta love it.
Apparently Google is aware of the situation.

Changed the theme for the site. Pretty happy with the way it came out.
Spent half a day at Pala Raceway the other week riding my 2006 Honda TRX450er on the quad track. Met up with a buddy of mine from trx450r.org and the crew from ThrottleJunkie.com. Here are a couple pics of what went down:
Cant wait to go back. Thinkin about going tomorrow afternoon! Should be a good time

So a client of mine called me up asking me if I know how to replace a hard drive in a laptop. Sure I do, so she brought me the laptop, and handed me a Apple Macbook A1181. Now I’m no mac tech, so I was kinda lost at first when it came to replacing the hard drive. But lucky for me, I found a PDF that outlines exactly how to do it, and holly sweetness its easy.
So i have attached the PDF for you to download so you too can replace your harddrive if you ever need to.
A couple of quick tips to add:
If you are installing a new harddrive, you might need to go into the Disk Utilities and “Erase” the hard drive. Erase it to MacOS Extended Journaled (unless you want to use one of the other options) and name the hard drive “Macintosh HDD.” You probably dont have to name it that, but thats what Apple does, so for consistancy I did the same thing.
So to get to the Disk Utility, Boot off the OS disk by holding your C key as you power on the unit. Let it get to the welcome screen, and then go to menu on top, where the apple is, file, and so on. Under utilities, you will find the disk utility.
I had to do this to the hard drive before the OS would recognize it as a Destination to install the OS too. Before it wouldn’t detect the hard drive in there, so hopefully if you experience this too, now you know what to do.

Had some spare time and was sitting around so I decided to take my truck out and see what the Palomar Divide was all about, got about 5 miles up and had to turn around. There was too much snow, and I started loosing traction, no good. But all in all it was a great time.
Heres my run:

Then on the way back into town, i recorded a time laps of the drive…
