Media stereotypes proclaimed a false concept of the mainstream of gay lifestyles. I was not attracted to “that lifestyle” or “those guys” I thought. I think a lot of guys get bent out of shape when some “defensive” stereotypes and pre-conceived notions about their static sexual roles are “challenged” by pure proximity to someone less “masculine” Recently in our culture, the lesser “emasculated” kids have the @#%$ kicked out of them less for “appearing” to be gay. Anyone opposed to homo-sex is sad. If you don’t like it, stop thinking about it point finger up your own nose dear brother. Unhappy with marginalized gay identity, or fear of homogenized social clique or behavioral attributes and/or stereotypes propelled by homophobic and gay media (lack of diverse role models that are gay and homogenized). 5. I think SR’s video “vidar” speaks volumes of intelligence, mainly to a sick and depraved movement which teaches hate and would like to control others, to strip away the various color’s of human fruit from our creature cornucopia we lovingly call mankind.
Artistically and spiritually it’s about time to have such a nice group of boys grace human existence with a mixed and ambiguous message of love / raw emotion. It’s highly relevant that Jonsi is openly gay. It should not matter to anyone who he loves or what he likes. But it does. Someday within our lifetime, it won’t. It’s the future for mankind if we are to survive. Many kids are openly gay more so than when I was a kid. As time and our culture morphs and progresses into a “morale” and sustainable environment, we will see more and more folk able to cope with diversity, leading to happier more fully actualized existences for all.
Jonsi blows away a pre-conceived notion of what being gay “looks like” and I apologize if that makes anyone irritated because they assumed he was “normal” (god forbid that). I knew he was gay before I found this blog site and I am a new fan. Keep in mind here that the same goes for a lot of gay guys and gals I know, who are just as equally “grossed out” by heterosexual “behavior”. I think you need to stop being concerned about gay folk, your spending time defending yourself, you may fear your children could be gay and that fags are all around you more and more as time goes by. His being gay is critically important, as is every public confident gay individual who represents diversity and positive lifestyle choices devoid of triteness and frivolity. Acceptance is beautiful and an active component of Christ conciseness along with forgiveness, passiveness, loss of ego and altruistic integrity.
Public displays of Gay affection are also a godsend these days and are such a turn on if ones head is in the right place. I love to see a guy and girl kissing; I love to see 2 guys holding hands, im not jealous, even though I don’t have a boyfriend to love for now.
Remember Jesus saying forgive them for they know not what they do? What a nice man (god) person, to forgive those who crucify him for being kind and showing all how its done proper.
What would Jesus say on same sex unions? He would say love – yes, it’s the most sacred union when 2 men or 2 women unite in LOVE. Its very special and anyone who cant see that is jealous or afraid. Christians should focus their energies on creating bridges, not blowing them up… Fight a good fight. Question the sin of fear, that sin within of shame or of judgment and control.

Oh and the biggest story and sexiest one too: The sins of Sodom were pride, laziness, being inhospitable, neglecting the needs of the poor, greed, and idolatry (the worshipping of idols). Nothing about homosexuality is mentioned, nor is it mentioned in any other Christians need to focus their disgust only on themselves when “using” passages to support their personal fear of same sex touching and feeling and love, which are sacred and lovely and rare and beautiful and equal in the eyes of the creator, if there is a god or such a force or entity even is real.
