I’m so tired of receiving those annoying credit card apps. I wanted to find a way to curb this kind of activity so I went out and found some good info.

What I did find was a Opt Out for credit card companies. It will send this information to all the major credit agencies. Stopping the mailings is relatively easy. All you need is your address, former address if you’ve moved within the last two years, and social security number. This one call takes care of you for Equifax, Trans Union, Experian and Innovis. Just dial 1-888-5 OPT OUT (or 1-888-567-8688) 24 hours a day.
