Red Robbin has Guinness on tap. Lets go!

Last night was pretty bad ass. Ricky picked me up from work and we headed over to my Parents house because my dad was by himself and he just had surgery on his ear. He had skin cancer on the top of his left ear and they had to cut it out. So he was there by himself and was kinda bumming out about the situation so Ricky and I went over there to get him out of the house. He wanted beer, and we started suggesting things to do. We decided on Red Robin since they have Guinness on tap.

It was awesome just sitting there bullshitting about whatever. We talked about condos, cars, people, family drama, and just about whatever came up! Good times.

Today the boss is buying us lunch. Thats pretty cool.

I know, I never post anymore…

But just a little recap of whats been going on in my life:
- I started my new job, and I fucking love it. The people are great, and I really like having the responsibilities I have.
- I ordered a new laptop, should be here in a week or two. Its a Dell LatitudeD620.
- My dad had a heart fibulation issue, was cardioverted and is now back to normal. But quite a scare non the less.
- Ricky is working again! Congrats Bubba!
- My grandma Betty had a hip replacement and is now living with my parent for the next 3-4 weeks.
- My cousin Maria from Germany is on her last week here. I really enjoyed her company.
- We got a humming bird feeder on our patio now, its awesome seeing them fly up and drink the sugar water.

Randomness

Update, update, update…

Damn, it is rare that I update LJ… Humm.. I should really change that.

But anyway, I’m currently looking for new work. I just cant take it at the current place Im at. The boss is just fucking around and seems like he doesnt care about the place anymore. I have a ton of bench work to do and there is no one to do it since Eddy and me are both out in the field all fuckin day. I told my boss about this and he just gets upset that the work isnt getting done. Well fuck! what do you want me to do? Bust out my super human abilities and be in two places at once? Well fuck that. I cant. OOPS.

On the flip side. I have an interview this Thursday with a company here in Temecula. I really dont know what the job is about exactly, but I do know that its down my ally. Good. But even if this falls through, I still have another opportunity at a different place. I currently work with these people and they LOVE me. The CEO is writing up a proposal so I can be their full time IT guy. I would maintain 12 workstations, 3 servers, a website and other randomness. SWEET! And the people are totally cool. So now Im just waiting to see what the offers come out as, and then I will have to sit down and think about what sounds better. If all else fails, Im sure the my current boss would hire me back if I really hated the new job. We’ll see. Wish me luck.

THE SECOND ANUAL CABIN TRIP IS NEXT WEEK! Fuck yeah. IM really excited about it and cant wait for it to happen. I really hope that Ricky is feeling better by then. I hate it when hes sick. I feel pretty helpless. But yeah, cabin trip.
